‚restriction of processing‘ means the marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their processing in the future.<\/p>

‚pseudonymisation‘ means the processing of personal data in such a manner that the\u00a0personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of\u00a0additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person. <\/span><\/p>

2.1.6 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Filings system\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>

‚filing system‘ means any structured set of personal data which are accessible according to specific criteria, whether centralised, decentralised or dispersed on a functional or geographical basis. <\/span><\/p>

‚controller‘ means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union or Member State law.<\/p>

2.1.8 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Processor\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>

‚processor‘ means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.<\/p>

‚recipient‘ means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or another body, to which the personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not. However, public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with Union or Member State law shall not be regarded as recipients; the processing of those data by those public authorities shall be in compliance with the applicable data protection rules according to the purposes of the processing. <\/span><\/p>

(2) Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) provides Google Analytics for us. Google processes the personal data in our mission and is, by contract, obliged to comply with data protection law. Google transmits personal data to servers in the United States of America. European and German data protection law does not apply in the United States of America. We hereby inform you that the data protection law of the United States of America grants a data protection standard below the standard in European and German law.<\/p>

(3) To perform the Google Analytics evaluation, cookies are stored on your device. Through deleting existing cookies and not allowing new cookies, you are able to avert the evaluation. We hereby inform you that the non-approval of cookies may cause the website to dysfunction. You can adjust cookies in your browser\u2019s settings. Where processing has been restricted under paragraph 1, such personal data shall, with the exception of storage, only be processed with the data subject’s consent or for the\u00a0establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of\u00a0another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or of\u00a0a Member State.\u00a0<\/p>

9.8 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Right to object\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>

The data subject shall have the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular\u00a0situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her which is based\u00a0on points (e) or (f) of Article 6(1), including profiling based on those provisions. The\u00a0controller shall no longer process the personal data unless the controller demonstrates\u00a0compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and\u00a0freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject shall have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. In the context of the use of information society services, and notwithstanding Directive 2002\/58\/EC, the data subject may exercise his or her right to object by automated means using technical specifications. Where personal data are processed for scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes pursuant to Article 89(1), the data subject, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, shall have the right to object to processing of personal data concerning him or her, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out for reasons of public interest.
The right to object can be claimed at any time.<\/p>

9.9 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Automated individual decision-making, including profiling\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>

The data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on
automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her. This shall not apply in following cases:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a) It is necessary for entering into, or performance of, a contract between the data subject and a data controller;<\/p>

b) the controller is authorised by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject and which also lays down suitable measures to safeguard the data subject’s rights and freedoms and legitimate interests; or<\/p>

c) processing is based on the data subject’s explicit consent.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In the cases referred to in points (a) and (c), the data controller shall\u00a0implement suitable measures to safeguard the data subject’s rights and freedoms and

9.10 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, every data subject shall\u00a0have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged\u00a0infringement if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes this Regulation.<\/p>

9.11 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Right to an effective judicial remedy against a supervisory authority<\/span><\/b><\/p>

Without prejudice to any other administrative or non-judicial remedy, each data subject
shall have the right to a an effective judicial remedy where the supervisory authority which is competent pursuant to Article 55 and Article 56 does not handle a complaint or does not inform the data subject within three months on the progress or outcome of the complaint lodged pursuant to Article 77 GDPR. <\/span><\/p>
